7/2/08...Well, we're at a loss for words today. At 1:07, the market was up about 15 cents on corn, about the norm for today. Over the next 8 minutes, extreme fund buying broke loose, driving the markets almost up the limit. No real news can be found to help support today's move, although we'll use the weaker dollar and the talk of a dome of hot weather moving in for the 11-15 day weather outlook. Beans continue their march higher, making record highs each day. Light trading will be found tomorrow, as traders may look to take a 4 day weekend in front of the 4th of July. Thank you for your business.
